秋田駅西口から徒歩3分の建物1Fにある「冷がけそば」の発祥と言われるお店です。
ツイッターで、ぽせさんが書いておられたのを見て、秋田へ行く機会があれば是非寄りたいと思っていたのでした。
昼の部と夜の部の営業があり、昼の部の開店時間を目指して訪問しました。入店すると「いらっしゃいましー」と店員さんが言ってくれるのが秋田らしい（たぶん）感じで嬉しいです。
「お茶っ子」をどうぞ～と供されたのは「そば茶」でした。注文が決まったら呼びボタンで呼ぶのですが、音が「うぐいす」の鳴き声だったのも風流でした。
テーブル席とお座敷席があり、予約して来られる人も結構いたみたいです。2名で訪問し、テーブル席に着席。
私は「冷がけ蕎麦」（680円）を、同行者は「冷がけたぬき」（730円）を注文。「冷がけたぬき」は最初からお蕎麦の上に天かすがのっていましたが、「冷がけ蕎麦」には別添えで小皿に天かすが供されたので、思いがけず嬉しかったです。その天かすも青さ海苔っぽいものが混ざっていて嬉しかったです。
つゆは少し甘めに感じ、「蕎麦」は、歯ごたえあって好きでした。そば湯をいただいてご馳走様。夜は郷土料理っぽいメニューも加わるようで、昼も夜も人気なのを実感しました。
