羽田からANAの飛行機10：15発で秋田空港11：20着に乗り、11：35発の秋田空港からバスで秋田駅西口まで行ってゆっくり歩いてお店まで行きました。
12時30分にランチの予約電話でさせていただいたのは1か月前です。
※12時20分お店に到着
まだ早いかなと思いましたが入って名前を告げるとどうぞとカウンター席に通していただきました。
席に座ると大将が本日はハラミランチが入荷してますとの事！おおラッキー！
ハラミランチだけは予約不可で当日あるかどうかなのです！
※ハラミランチ3700円をオーダー
ランチにドリンクも付いていて烏龍茶をお願いしました。
５分程でハラミランチが配膳
ハラミ７切れ ご飯 味噌汁 サラダ 小鉢が付いてます。
早速ハラミを炭火焼きで焼き、先ずは塩でいただきました。
脂も少し乗ったハラミは絶品で美味しい！
塩で半分食べて残り３切れをたれ焼きにしてハラミオンザライスで食べるとこれまた最高です！
秋田県の食事の事で少し大将やスタッフの方とお話しさせていただきました。
気さくで皆さん良い人でした！

次回は夜にたらふく焼き肉食べたいと思うくらい美味しかったです！
