前から気になっていた、比内地鶏ラーメン屋さん。
ちゃんと検温、ちゃんと消毒もして営業しておられます。
覗いてみると昼過ぎなのにほぼだれもいない。。大変。。とほだされて、訪問。
元気なお迎えと、検温。さりげなくで安心。
限定メニューもいろいろあるけれど、ここはやはり初志貫徹。比内地鶏ラーメンを。
味が選べるけど、やっぱり醤油。
せっかくなので、具材は全部乗せでちょっと豪華に✨
と、みると、本格コーヒー☕️！？
ラーメン屋さん？飲み屋さんにしても不思議（笑）
コーヒー好きとしてはついつい、でこれもオーダー。
としてるうちにラーメン到着。
おおーおいしそう！
まずはスープ。
ん？んん？冷たい。冷めてる？
かきまわしてみると、下の方は熱いみたい。
全部乗せの具材は常温のようだったので、これで冷えてしまったのかな？
好みはあるだろうけどラーメンはやはり熱々がいいなぁ。。
でもスープはおいしい。コクもあり、しっかり醤油味。
さすがに比内地鶏。
具材も、チャーシューもちゃんとしているし、そう、メンマがおいしい。穂先メンマが好きなのですが、それに近いいい味。
ちゃんとおいしいラーメンでした。
スタッフさんも元気で応対キチンとしていて気持ちいい。
あとは熱々なら、、（笑）
そしてコーヒー☕️これが、時間がかかったけれど、その分おいしいコーヒー。いい香り。いい味。
ラーメンに合うか？と思ったけど、これがあう！びっくり。
