秋田遠征時に来店、稲庭うどんの製法を取り入れた麺が旨いラーメン屋さん、行って見たいと思ってましたが今回、行って来ました。
夜に来店して来ましたが、待ちは無し、先客も二人ほどでカウンター席に座れました。
今回は肉そばを注文して見ました。ビジュアルが美味しそうだったんですよね。注文して五分ほどたったらラーメンが到着、見た目は徳島ラーメン みたいな盛り付けでしたが、スープは鶏と魚介系のバランスの取れた味でした。コクを凄く感じますね。
さてメインの麺はコシが凄い、まさしくうどんのコシですね。これで喉越しがあるのは美味しいとしか言えないですよ。やはり作り方が違うんでしょうか。
トッピングは肉、もやし、ネギと生卵です。肉は味付けが濃い目で噛みごたえがあるお肉がたっぷり、もやしとネギもたっぷり乗ってましたよ。
最後に生卵がまた良いです。麺と絡めるとより喉越しが増すのは美味しかったです。
とにかく麺の旨さが光、ラーメンでした。
この麺でつけ麺とかも美味しそうですが、次は麺の大盛りもありですね。
