秋田旅行の際に連休最終日だったこともあり、なかなかお店が空いておらず、こちらがかろうじて予約できました。
聞けば休みなしとか。
秋田の友人が行きたかったけれど機会がなかったと言っていたのて、来られてよかった。
奥にはテーブル席もあり、手前はカウンター。
色々食べたいのでショートコースを。選びました。
5000円とは！驚きです。
もちろん比内地鶏。
そして秋田の名酒そろっております。
鶏皮二杯酢
いちじくガッコチーズ
塩辛とんぶり
茶碗蒸し
こちらが前菜。この鶏皮が美味しすぎて単品で注文するくらい。
酸っぱすぎず、ちょうどよい酸味と歯ごたえで永遠に食べられる。
鶏のたたきとサラダのあとは焼き物。

比内地鶏の旨味を堪能でき、焼き加減も完璧。
噛めば旨味が溢れます。
米ナスはヤケド注意。

眞壁屋 稲庭うどん
真壁屋は秋田のものなのに県内であまり出回っていないのだとか。稲庭うどんだけど、コシもある美味しいおうどんでした。
日本酒はなんと新政酒造の
異端教祖、見えざるピンクのフラミンゴ、農民芸術概論の飲み比べができるという！！
この3つがそろって、しかも飲み比べさせてくれるのは本当にレア。
優しすぎます。
堪能致しました。
他にも秋田のお酒を堪能し、山本 インビジブルのりんごサワーはふじのリンゴジュースでという贅沢なサワー。
店主と奥様と話しながら楽しい夜を過ごしました。
秋田のおすすめのお店がまた一つ増えました。
