We offer Hinai chicken that is pulled in the morning, which is rare even in Akita prefecture. Please enjoy the fresh chicken that can only be found in Akita. We carefully prepare the ingredients so that our customers do not feel that they are too hard. We also offer courses that cover most of our recommended dishes. The content is designed with the sense of volume in mind, and we will carefully consider the purchasing situation and the parts that match the customer's drink. Basically, reservations can only be made for the course, and seats cannot be reserved.

[Hinai chicken skewers Sotl'ylaisse] is a hidden gem with a simple and chic exterior. The skeleton was designed by a designer, resulting in a calm and stylish interior. Both adults and children can relax in this space where you can feel the warmth of wood. Please use it for meals on birthdays, anniversaries, or sightseeing. There are 16 seats in total, including 8 counter seats and 2 tables that seat 4 people. Can reserved for groups starting from 10 people.
ServiceFamily time, where children eat free, is available on limited days and times.
"Family Time" is held from 4pm to 6pm on Saturdays and holidays. Children under elementary school age will receive free meals. We will guide families with minor children, including babies. Adults will be accommodated on the selection course. When making a reservation, please let us know the number and age of adults and children. I hope that the Akita ingredients and Japanese food culture that I experienced at our restaurant will someday be of some use to children in the future.
