六郷の”名水市場 湧太郎”内にある、まぐろの無国籍創作料理のお店。
店主は神奈川県三浦半島三崎港の『くろば亭』で修行したとのこと。
日曜17時に入店。ちなみに、休日は通し営業とありましたが現在は休んでいる様子。
女将さん？が室井滋さん(個人的感想)に似ていていいキャラしていました。
夜でも定食を食べるのも問題なくおすすめてくれて居心地もいい感じ。
店内は個室、座敷、テーブル席があり装飾にもこだわっているなかなかの雰囲気。
注文したのは、「タワー天丼(\900)」。
待つこと8分ほどで到着。
細長い天ぷらが付きさささったなんじゃこりゃ！？な見た目です。
添えつけの天つゆをかけてさっそくいただきます。
天ぷらは、海老、白身、かぼちゃ、茄子、青菜、そしてトロ串が2本。
衣はさっくりとした食感で油切れのいいなかなかの揚げ具合。
ちょっと海老が水っぽかったけど、野菜系はなかなか。
さすがまぐろに強いだけあって、白身魚も味が濃くておいしいものでした。
トロ串はカルビタレにマグロを漬けたオリジナルな一品。
甘しょっぱい味わいで、焼き魚のような水分の抜けたお酒と相性の良さそうなものでした。
ただ、衣と天つゆで味わいがぼやけていたので単品でぜひとも食べたい味に感じました。
”味噌汁”は豆腐と油揚げで普通においしいもの。
漬物は青菜のおみ漬け？でしゃきしゃきとした食感が心地いいものでした。
お客さんは常連さんが多いらしく、確かにまた来たくなる接客だなと納得。
料理もなかなかだったけど、笑顔の素敵な女将さんに会いにきたいと思えるお店でした。
