ホテルの食堂に合ったメニューに
カレー旨麺が有り、頼みましたが
コンビニより美味しくない味です。
内容は、うどんにスープ、インスタントカレー
が順番に入った感じで料理では無いと思いました。
大曲B 級グルメで、「大曲カレー旨麺」という食べ物があると聞き、こちらのお店に伺いました。
「カレー旨麺」と書いて、
「カレーうーめん」と読むようです。
麺は、横手焼きそばのゆで麺？を使っている...
大仙市は、2005年に大曲市と仙北郡7町村が合併して誕生した市。
「大」曲と「仙」北だから「大仙」なのね。
