入ってすぐ右側に券売機あり。 |
レビューによれば、まぜそばがオススメとの事。
店名のしな竹にあやかって、しな竹ラーメン でも有れば頼もうと思いましたが(´∀｀)
メニューには無いのでまぜそばを券買。
ちなみにお店ではしな竹、では無くメンマ表記。
そこはしな竹やろ！
と一人大阪弁で突っ込みます(´∀｀)
つけ麺はあまり食べませんが、汁なし系は好き。
少々待って着丼。
まぜそばはいかに均一に麺と具材を混ぜ込むか、が勝負。
一心不乱に混ぜ混ぜ。
醤油ベースのタレは塩味もちょうどいいし、角切りに揃えられた具材もまぁまぁ良い仕事。
麺は熊ちゃん製ですかね。悪くは無いけど、汁無しを提供するならば、50gくらい増量した方がインパクトあるかなぁ？
お供にいただいたスープの出汁の効き具合が良かったので、次があればノーマルのラーメン をいただきたいと思います。
