さきがけonTheWebより。地元産のジャージー牛乳と卵を用いた優しい甘さのスイーツが人気。旧矢島町から移転。移転後も遠方からの常連客が足を運ぶ。「常にお客の顔が見える仕事がしたい」という優しい心遣いが愛されている理由だろう。店内は喫茶スペースもあるので、ティータイムにも訪れてみたい。
