秋田食べ歩きの旅で由利本荘市にある鮨駒さんへ。夜は予約困難でお昼に伺いました。地元と気仙沼のネタをメインにした握りは、大将の繊細な仕事が加わって最高の一貫へ。噂には聞いておりましたがここまでの美味しさとは‥今年一番感動したお鮨屋さんだと思います。お店の雰囲気、大将の人柄も素敵です。次回は絶対に夜に行きたい！という事で来年6月に予約入れました。すでに予約困難店ですね。このお店に行くためだけに由利本荘に行く価値はあると思います。
