秋田のグルメな友人にご招待いただき、念願の鮨駒さんに伺えました。
年内満席の超予約困難店なのも納得の美味しさでした。
まず最初の握りの黒穴子が美味しかったです。
穴子好きなので最初と最後穴子が食べれて最高でした。
次に感動したのがスペシャリテの甘鯛の握りです。
上にはパリパリの鱗が載っていてそれがお寿司ととてもあっていて最高でした。
そしてシンコのような見た目ですが稚鮎の握りも最高でした。これすごい仕込みの時間がかかりそうです。
桜鱒も桜の香りと合間って美味しかったです。
ホタルイカの握りも最高でした。
よくどんぶりとか軍艦で見かけますが、握りは初めてでしたが美味しかったです。
どのネタも秋田や三陸のお魚を使っていて、旅行で伺った僕にとってはとても嬉しかったです。
またどのお寿司屋さんでも食べれないような創意工夫が素晴らしかったです。
また行きたいです。
