菜のはな さんの鱧祭りへ行ってきました。
季節を感じる鱧鱧^ ^
今年は台風の影響もうけず予定通り仕入れができたそうです。
先付け
鱧のお椀
焼き鱧
お造り、湯引き&生
鱧の揚げだし
鱧の出汁茶漬け
のコースでした。
ふわっふわの食感や、皮目をパリッと焼いたり揚げたり、色々な食感でおいしかったです。
お造りは梅肉と煎り酒でいただきましたが、煎り酒はとてもサッパリで生の鱧に合いました。煎り酒だけでも、お酒がすすみます。
出汁茶漬けは、お出汁がとても美味しかった。
一品ずつ量もしっかりなので満腹です。ご馳走さまでした。
9月末はキノコ祭りだそうです。
