青森市内でのランチ。当てがなく現在地でランチを検索してヒットしたのがこちら。場所を確認して向かうも見つからず、付近を3〜4周してやっと見つけました。住宅街に溶け込む様に佇む一軒家蕎麦店。小さい看板は植栽の茂みに隠れてました。
緑のアプローチを進むと左手にエントランス。落ち着いた雰囲気の玄関。暖簾の所為か、ここは和の雰囲気。店内はどちらかと言えば洋風で、フレンチのお店と見紛える程。
ご夫婦と思しき２オペ、テーブル席のみの６卓。先客はなし。結局後客もなく、貸切状態でした。
天せいろを頂きました。暫し待って、まず天ぷらからサーブ。ささげ、蓮根、南瓜、さつまいも、茄子、椎茸、海老など。この天ぷらが物凄く美味しかった。揚げたてで、大きめのカットが有難く、食べ応えもありました。素材も良いのでしょう塩すら要らない、そのままバクバク食べれました。
蕎麦は細身の十割、コシはありません。鼻腔から抜ける蕎麦の香が心地よい。天ぷらをおかずに蕎麦を啜る。〆の蕎麦湯は、ドロドロの濃厚タイプ。薬味の長葱を投入して完飲。ふっ〜、〆り〼。
