青森県青森市、JR青森駅東口から徒歩15分くらい、神社を超えたところにあるお店。到着が21:30という予約をして訪問。
店内に入るとほぼ満席の様子。カウンターへ案内されました。お通しは3点、平茸煮、水雲とミニトマト煮、和布とミニ帆立。
豊盃 純米(弘前)770を注文。
刺盛り2200と鮑煮こごり2400は到着が遅い予定だったので電話で注文済み。
刺盛りは8点盛り(鮪赤身、鮪中トロ、烏賊、鯛、勘八、鰊、黑ソイ、ほうぼう)外れてるかもｗ．
クオリティー非常に高く、豊盃がススミます。特にほうぼうが良かったです。お酒の管理がきちんとしているようで新鮮でした。
鮑煮こごりも身がやわらかく仕上がっており、何とも良い具合。
田酒 純米大吟醸 吟烏帽子を追加。
初めて飲む酒でしたが、華やかな香りが抜ける感じです。これまた美味い。
このあたりでオーダーストップの時間になりました。
