青森市内にある竹林坊に行ってきました。
建物は、日本家屋のようなオシャレで清潔感のあるお店です。
店内も、落ち着いていてオシャレな雰囲気。
テーブル席もありますが、今回カウンター席に案内されました。
いただいたのは、お通しの小鉢、青森ねぶた丼980円、ホタテ貝焼味噌850円、和風ピザ980円です。
オシャレな雰囲気のお店でも、お値段は高くもなくリーズナブルでした。
ねぶた丼は量的には少量で、がっつり丼を食べたい方には物足りないですが、その分色々頼めますよ！
ホタテ味噌は、甘めの味噌と卵がホタテと絡んで美味しくお酒に合います！私は、やや辛口の日本酒といただくのがいいと思いました。
和風ピザは、生地がパリパリタイプのお豆腐や桜エビがのっていて美味しかったです。
全体的に東北のお料理なので、やや塩っぱいと思う方もいると思いますが、その分日本酒が美味しく感じると思います！
