青森は、思いの他 寂しげな街でした。
こちらには、大間のマグロを頂けるお店と言う事で伺いました。
お座敷も有りますが、カウンターで頂きました。
マグロの珍しい部位がいろいろ頂けます。
マグロ盛り合わせには、とろ、赤みはもちろん、ほほ、あたま等。
食べ比べには、良さそうですが、正直に言うと、あまり良くわかりませんでした。
東京のお寿司屋さんか料亭の方が、マグロも美味しいのではないかしら、と思ってしまいました。
器も盛り付けも、高価なお魚に見合う物でないので、もったいないと思いました。
けれど、お値段は確実に東京より安いです。
マグロだからと構えず、普段のお酒の相手と思えば良いのかもしれません。
