I had a small meeting today. I ate a little there, so it became a light second stop. I ordered beer and then these dishes. Order! ·Assorted sashimi ·Grilled beef hanging tenderloin ·Cod milt with ponzu sauce Served in that order. I mixed in the restaurant's recommendations and made my choice. The appetizer was beef Sushi. The hanging tenderloin was extremely fresh, as recommended. It was thick and had a pleasant feeling of eating. The milt was also a sign of their confidence in being able to keep its pink color. I was a little dissatisfied with the way the sashimi was cut. I'm not such a refined person, so I wish it was cut a little longer. I was satisfied with the conch, though. Overall, the dishes were very fresh. For drinks, I changed to sake from the second glass. They let me choose the sake cup. The owner was good at making recommendations, and the first and second glasses were umami-type. The final drink was refreshing and slightly spicy. The last Sabineko on the rocks, which I had for the first time, was good. Am I the only one who thinks that the average budget listed on Tabelog is definitely not enough for CP? Currently 3.53 stars (17) Anyway, it was a small but good restaurant. I really wanted to make this my first stop (although it would probably cost more). I hope there will be another chance. Thank you for the meal.
