本日のお昼はこちら迄。
普段営業日時の関係で中々訪問出来ずにいましたが、何とかタイミングが合ったので初訪問となりました。
純すみ系との事でチト期待してしまいますね。
店内半分位の入り。

サーブ。
スープからズズーッ…。アッチチッ！良いぞ！油でコーティングされてるので熱が逃げない。札幌味噌だ。野菜も結構使われているんじゃないかと思うスープ。
麺は中細縮れの玉子麺。本場のと比べると一回り細い気がするが感覚程度かな。茹で具合もバッチシで熱いスープに負けてません。
具はチャーシュー、葱、メンマ、もやし、キャベツ、玉葱。野菜は適正量。嵩増しドワッ！より食べやすくて好きです。メンマの入る味噌ラーメンも好き。
本場の良い所を残し少しづつブラッシュアップされてると感じます。
店内シンプルは好みだが通り過ぎて殺風景と感じてしまった。
CPは味噌ラーメンって昔から値段高いよね。
現在★3.32(37)
さて、どうにもコチャコチャ乗せた味噌ラーメンとかが多くて、もう少し温度管理をしてくれというお店も多々見受けられる。見た目のハデさよりしっかりとした土台の味。こちらのお店のこれでいいのだ。
