店主の津軽愛が、強く感じられ、料理もこの土地ならではの素材を多用し提供頂けます。
ウニとホタテの椀物、毛豆おろしとタコの煮物などの合わせも絶妙で、サザエやマグロは素材の美味しさ、そばもやしなどここにしかない素材が頂け、いずれの料理も美味しいです。ここで頂いた水羊羹がとりわけ印象に残っていて、以降餡子への苦手意識がなくなり、寧ろ好きな食材となったきっかけの水羊羹。
津軽について色々な話も聞けて、知識も舌も学びが多いお店です。
