独特の巻物が名物ということで青森最終日17時に予約して行って来ました。もちろん、巻物３種2000円(以下税別)と瓶ビール600円をオーダー。調理を見てみるとサバの巻物はさっと出来上がったようですが筋子、ウニは少し細工がいるようで時間がかかっていました。巻物は素晴らしい見た目でやっぱりインスタ映えします。味は田舎の街寿司の感じがします。刺身を追加しようと思いましたがお店が混み出したのでもう一件行くところがあったのでお店を後にしました。
