初めて来たのは10年前位でしょうか？
初めての青森出張で繁華街にあるわけでもないこのお店をなぜか見つけて以来、出張の旅に寄っています。
今回はおそらく5年ぶり5回目です。
お店の女将さんと大将、なんとなく覚えていてくれました。
嬉しい限りです。
先代のお父様は2年前に亡くなったとお聴きしました。
それは寂しい事ですが、代が変わってもお店が残っていて良かった。
ご家族でやっているこの雰囲気が好きなのですが、料理も素晴らしいです。
とにかく素材が新鮮。
今回いただいたウニは生きていました。動いています。
ホヤも臭みがありません。
刺身も美味しい。
タケノコも取り立て？？
お酒も焼酎から日本酒まで地元のお酒も飲めて必要にして十分なラインナップです。
という事で、地元のお客様が多いと思われるこのお店は出張がなくても行きたいお店でした。
