注文を受けてから包丁の背で肉の筋切りをし、袋からパン粉を出してまぶし、そのまま揚げる。
なんて事の無い一連の作業かも知れませんが、非常に丁寧な仕事をされる店でした。
今度は夜のおでんを楽しみに行き...
中通の裏にありちょっと分かり難い場所にある「米平」さんです。
普段は気さくなオヤジさんと奥さんの二人でやってます。
お昼はランチ、とんかつ定食、ひれかつ定食がメインでどれも１０００円前後で...
２５年続く、とんかつとおでんのお店です。（おでんは夜のみのようです。）
観光通りから、中央町に入った、住宅街の中にあります。１軒家。
