青森市にある居酒屋。平日の19時、予約のうえで大人数の宴会で利用した。案内されたのは入口を入って左手の座敷席。店員さんはベテラン女性が揃っていて、穏やかで優しそうなお母さんたちだったが、混雑しているようで忙しそうだった。
この日の内容はコース料理で飲み放題。コース料理はお新香盛り合わせ、枝豆、地鶏のグラタン、納豆オムレツ、かつ煮、お刺身盛り合わせ、寿司４貫、たらこスパゲティ、ピザという構成。お刺身盛りは鮪赤身、帆立、たこ、鯛、しめさば、うに、ほや。寿司は数の子、しゃこ、かに、いか。たらこスパゲティが意外と美味しかった。特別な個性はないものの、料理の内容に大きな問題はなかった。ただ、ピザ以外の料理が開始から15分ほどで次々と提供されたのにはびっくりした。飲み放題はビール・カクテル・ソフトドリンク・日本酒・焼酎など。飲み放題の場合、日本酒と焼酎は銘柄を指定できない。また、忙しさのせいか飲み物の提供はやや遅かった。
大人数の宴会もできる、和洋何でもありの大衆居酒屋で、夜遅くまで営業しているのも強みかと思う。しかし、コース料理の提供の仕方はちょっと改善願いたいところ。何か事情があったのかもしれないが、料理はやはり出来たての一番美味しいタイミングでいただきたかった。
