同じビルのホテルに泊って、さて本町のおいしい店をと思うのですが、金曜日なのに閉まっている店ばかり。さびれています。向かいのあおもり屋さんや蕎麦屋さんも軒並み臨時休業。たぶん店主が「大人の休日クラブ」で旅行に出かけちゃったのでしょうか。青森に来るまでの新幹線は軒並み満席。指定を取るのに苦労してます。
ということでステーキ屋さんです。
サーロインの8oz 226gです。
パンをライスに替えてもらって、ホットベジタブルとコールスローがつきます。どうせビールをジョッキで頼むのでスープの類は不要です。もちろんレア。
一口食べたころコックさんが焼き具合の確認をしてくれます。人によってはミディアムに変更するのでしょうか。
和牛と違うしっかりした肉で、レアなのにスパッと歯でかみ切れます。もちろん女性にはきついでしょう。妻同伴でなくてよかったと思います。
さて、このお店、フロアには女性が二人で料理を運んできます。二人ともかわいいんです。その上先客に女性連れもいて。
雰囲気好いのですが、おっさんにはつらい所ですね。
さてさて、食後のコーヒーも追加。5千円弱の会計でした。
残念ながら、写真は撮り忘れです。店員さんと一緒に写ればよかった。
