2年ぶりの青森
ホントは前日に入って八甲田ホテル泊からの〜だったんだけど、大雪のため青森空港着陸寸前（ホントに寸前）で大阪空港へとんぼ返り
で、翌日も再度条件付きでしたが無事着陸しました
青森駅に着き、遅めの朝食をとはるえさんに会いに行くも大雪で？やってません（泣）
色々と失意に包まれたまま、駅に向かう道中コチラを発見！
何となく心惹かれまして入ってみました
表には「立喰いそば」と出てますがちゃんと座れます
地元蕎麦粉を使った「雲谷（もや）そば」がイチオシのようですのでかけそばにかき揚げ乗せてお願いしました
お蕎麦については他の方が書かれている様に柔くてプツプツ切れちゃうやつ（かけの十割だしね）ですが、悪くはありません
それをカバーして有り余るほどにおつゆが凄いの
醤油の角が立ってて東北っぽいんだけど、裏側にある節系の土台がめっちゃしっかりで旨味が半端ねえす
山菜のシャキシャキ感もええし、かき揚げの旨味も融合して製麺工場直売店の茹で蕎麦イートインとしては非常にレベルが高かったっすね
店内で売られてる蕎麦つゆは同じものですか？と聞くと別物との事なので買いませんでした（残念）
次はうどんも試してみたいな
