今回は、未食のちゃん系をいただきました。
煮干し専門店ですが、ちゃん系は煮干しではなく動物系で昆布などの旨味が感じられるどこか懐かしいスープ。
麺は細麺で、少し硬めの茹で上がり。
薄切りのバラチャーシュー、細めのメンマ、ネギなどがトッピング。
店員さんおすすめのホワイトペッパーを途中でかけてみるとキリッとスープが引き締まりました。
全体的なバランスが良く、また食べたくなる一杯でした。
