ねぶたまつり期間中の土曜日17時に訪問です。青森はねぶた祭開催で大渋滞。18:50からねぶたの運行が始まるもんでどの店も17時台は大繁盛です。数か月前から青森市内の居酒屋の予約を取るのは困難なほどでしたね。
我々も2か月以上前に予約して訪問。市内大渋滞のため遅刻して訪れました。お店の方、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
メニューは串メニューが充実、それからご当地メニューも沢山ありますし、青森の地酒飲み比べなど、ラインナップも多い。
イガメンチ、ホタテと卵の貝殻焼きなどを楽しみまして、圧巻は本鮪丼です。脂の乗った見事な本鮪丼がなんと1,200円。クオリティ的に素晴らしいCPをたたき出しておりましてやはり青森の食事は最高に旨いと改めて思い知らされた次第。
焼き魚も、銀鱈塩麴焼きを頼んだのですが銀鱈にはとても良質の脂が乗っていてご飯がいくらあっても足りない系（笑）さすが青森、海鮮の旨さは群を抜いております。
我々北海道出身で、なんとなくイメージで北海道の海の幸は本州よりも旨い、と思いがちなんですが、青森に来るたびに思うのは札幌で食べる海鮮よりも青森の方が絶対に旨いよな～という実感。
札幌でこの価格でこれだけの料理はなかなか食べられませんよ？？と、北海道民である我々が感じる訳なのです。
海鮮王国青森としてどんどんPRしていってほしいな。
