先日、青森出張の夜に行きました『旬肴ひでか』さんです
こちらには以前から来てますが、コロナ過だったこともあり、約5年ぶりの訪問で、しかも一人では初めて行きました
事前に予約しておきましたので、お店に着きカウンター席に座りまして、まずは生ビールとつまみにはご当地名物『貝焼き味噌』とお刺身をおまかせで盛合せにしてもらい、生ビールの後は、当然こちらに来ましたら日本酒だよなということで、最初は無難に田酒の山廃にしまして、その後は田酒･豊盃のレアものを飲み、追加のつまみに『サーモンの幽庵焼き』といいだこの『キムタコ』を食べ、〆はやはり青森に来たらこれ食べなくてはと思い『すじこ巻き』を食べ終了でした
※もっといろいろ食べたかったのですが、一人ですとこれぐらいが限界ですね
こちらは青森の地酒の田酒･豊盃だけでも100種類以上揃っており、日本酒好きには堪らないお店で、久しぶりに行けまして良かったです
