お店の前を通りかかった時に炭の香りにつられてお邪魔しました。
こちらのお店では焼き鳥の注文はおまかせとなっており大体の本数と好みを告げるシステムの様です。
取り合えずせせりを入れて何か適当にお願いすると手羽元、せせり、つくねが出て来ました。
焼きは表面がぱりっと焼かれていて中はしっとりとした食感です。
ネギにまみれたせせりにちょっと驚きましたがせせりのくにゅっとした食感とネギのシャキシャキした食感がほど良い感じにマッチしていて美味しい。
ただ全体にお店の前に漂う強烈な備長炭の炭火の香りほどには炭の芳ばしい風味が感じられずちょっと物足りない印象でした。
せっかく貴重な備長炭を使用しているのだからもう少し炭火焼きの香り立つ焼き方を考えてもらえればと思います。どうもご馳走様でした。
