手打ち太麺と手打ち細麺の2種類から選択、あっさり、濃口どちらか選択、中、大、特大の選択。
太麺はうどん並みの太さ、細麺でも太く感じました。
出汁感は余り無く、いわゆる醤油ラーメン。
お昼はかなり混んで人気店。ラーメンスープはあっさりしているけど、なかなか美味しくてリピーターになってます。
