店舗デザインは国内外で活躍している森田恭通氏。天井のアーチは青森のうみねこをイメージしています。
パンは神楽坂の行列店「パン・デ・フィロゾフ」榎本哲シェフが青森初プロデュースした名作の数々。お持ち帰りもお召し上がりもどうぞ。
