中華と洋食と食べログには書いているが、和食を中心とした郷土料理の伝宝焼きや新鮮な地物の刺身やホヤ、青森県産の食材に拘った和懐石料理、地元ならではの珍しいお酒も有り、益々酒が進む。また、お邪魔させて頂きます。
海とゴルフコースを眺めながらの食事は、とても落ち着いていて雰囲気が良い。ホタテとエビのチリソースグラタン、鴨肉にフォアグラ、メバルの煮付け、青森ならではの魚の刺身も日本酒にとても合う！
