【青森津軽の旅日記】
JR弘前駅城東口から歩いて5分程の住宅街の一角にある『一休寿司』。
青森産の新鮮なネタが楽しめる弘前で人気の寿司屋で、お祝い事や接待で良く使われているお店である。
店内の一階はカウンター席、2階は個室があり、落ち着いた雰囲気。
今夜は弘前の親友夫妻に誘われて『一休寿司』に初めて訪問し、2階の個室で地酒を飲みながら一品料理や握り寿司を味わった。

◉握り寿司も美味かったが、特に青森産キンキの煮付けが大きくて脂も乗っていて絶品だった！
これだけの寿司ネタと一品料理で、都内の寿司屋と比較食べたら『一休寿司』はかなりリーズナブルなお寿司屋だった。
