郷土料理的なものを求めて入店
弘前城の近く、観光会館？の駐車場からも近い
本当はすずめのお宿という店に行きたかったのだが、
人気店らしく、飛び込みで入店出来るほど甘くはなく、
さあどうするかと、弘前の味を求めてこちらへ。
店内はカウンターとテーブルのみで狭い。
と思いきや奥に座敷があります。
品物は値段の明記がなく、不安がよぎる。
カウンターの前にいくつか料理があり、
今日はこれしか無いとのこと。
さざえのつぼ焼き二つ、ほたて二つ
身欠きにしんと棒鱈の煮付け、なすのしそ巻き？二つ
を注文。
なすのしそ巻きは典型的な弘前の郷土料理らしい？
ドリンクは車なので、泣く泣くウーロン茶。
もう出来ているものを出すだけの筈だが、
混み合っているからか、20分くらいはまつ。
味は田舎料理といった感じで、看板に偽りなし。
特別これがおいしいと言うのはないですが、
求めているものは郷土料理だったので良し。
いまいち会計が明朗じゃないのが気になるかな？
上記の注文でも料金は結構しました。
おすしでも食べたほうが良かったかもしれない。
