Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in front of Hirosaki Station. Sakana Dojo is a national chain store, but I went in expecting to find some local specialties. The restaurant has 104 semi-private seats. It was full during the holidays. The distance between the seats is a little narrow. For two people, draft beer Super Dry (¥480, all tax excluded), oolong tea (¥250), appetizer (¥350), large catch of tuna (¥790), live scallop butter (¥580), tuna minced meat cutlet (¥560), rice set (¥290), two fried oysters (¥150 x 2), and fried chicken (¥490). The big catch of tuna was served with dry ice. The tuna and scallops were delicious and satisfying. I ordered fried garlic, which is a specialty of Aomori, but it was already sold out. A popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in front of the station.
