I ate Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) and Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) ♪
Marugame O's first death. It's been 12 years since it opened in the Joto area of Hirosaki... (; ́Д') It's not that I don't like it, but it's somehow ~ crowded. In the meantime, what came today was [b: Maileb Mr./Ms. Marugame Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) Review ♪] of the store [b: According to HP, it is being developed in 500 restaurant nationwide]. Besides Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl), there were Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)! I confirmed that the Hirosaki store was also on the list, and I visited at lunch with my husband Mr./Ms., who is working remotely. Since it was a weekday, it was not so crowded and I parked easily. The door is separated by the entrance and exit, which is the same as "Iyo Seimen" that used to be in Akita City. When you go inside~, you will be guided to a small bowl of rice under the menu of "Udon Bento (boxed lunch)", which is currently being used in TV commercials. If you put the tray and proceed in order, you will find the Tempura corner. There are 10 kinds of Tempura, shrimp 160 yen, kakiage 140 yen, chicken thighs, chikuwa, etc. 120 yen each. The clerk Mr./Ms. said, "If you decide to order, please ask," so I ordered [b: "Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) (average)" 520 yen, "Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) (average)" 420 yen, "kake udon (average)" 320 yen ≪all tax included≫]. Udon noodles can be made immediately, so you can pick them up on the spot, and while you pay according to the flow, the Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) will be ready, and the Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) will be brought to your seat when it is ready. So, I poured soup on the udon noodles, put my own condiments, sat down and took a breather, called out "Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) order~" and raised my hand to the clerk who was looking for Mr./Ms. and said, "Hey!" (^^; Souiu System Desitaka ~ [b:・ Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl)]・・ The average size is [B: 4 slices of thick cutlet]. It is a type of onion stewed and topped with egg. If the bowl is small (average), it will be a little less rice and will be the same as udon [b: The size of the side menu]. [b: Quite a tsuyudaku]. The taste of the split is sweet and I like it. [b:・ Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)]・・ Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) Similarly, it is a small bowl, but I felt that there was a little more rice here. [b: 4 large slices of chicken thighs boiled under splits]. This is also topped with an egg with onions. Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is difficult to eat with chopsticks, so I crowned it with astragalus. [B: ・ Kake udon] ・ Topped with all the "rubbed sesame, grated ginger, tenkasu, green onion" in the self-serving topping corner! Udon noodles are chewy in their own way. [b: The soup is as delicious as I expected!] I ∀wonder if the Iyo noodles were more delicious. This time, the two of us ate these three and it was a good lunch, but if you go by the volume, taste, and price of the katsudon, we will go with [[A: 2008730, Katsuya]]. Marugame Seimen's "Attention to Detail"
Marugame Seimen's udon noodles are made with just these three ingredients: 100% Hokkaido flour, salt, and water. The udon noodles are boiled in a large boiling pot using the shop's noodle making machi |
I really wanted to eat Curry Udon or curry nanban that day (;´Д`) But prices have gone up like crazy recently! If I went to a soba restaurant, it would cost me 1000 yen. I stopped by this easy-to-go place for lunch on my way to the store. Even though it was a weekday, it was lunchtime, and there was a line of about 10 people at the front of the order counter. It was moving very slowly (-_-;) Can't they do something about it? ←I'm not used to Marugame. You order at the order counter → receive your udon → Tempura corner → checkout, so of course it's not moving quickly (>_<) There are menus at the entrance, when you enter, and on the way in, but they're not consistent and there are all kinds of things like "Oh! Oh, I see they also have this!" I guess everyone checks them out. I waited in line for a little over 10 minutes. Finally, I reached the order counter. I ordered a regular "Curry Udon" for 540 yen. After receiving it, the customer in front of me was still hesitating with Tempura, so I overtook him and paid. I ate at the counter.・Regular Curry Udon: Almost no toppings. Only the occasional soft stewed onion. Self-topping with spring onions and tempura flakes. The curry is a homey medium-spicy taste, but it feels a bit diluted with potato starch. It's okay, but it doesn't satisfy my desire to eat Curry Udon or curry nanban. But it's a hassle to make one serving at home... That's how I visited Marugame for the first time in a while (~_~;)
