近々人間ドックを控えているので、今日の夕飯は大人しく定食で済ませます。
佐和家さんでパイカの煮込み定食をいただきました。
豚バラ軟骨をビーフシチュー風にドミグラスソースで柔らかく煮込んだものです。
ソースは甘酸っぱいお味。ご飯とよく合います。
でも、量が少なめでちょっぴり寂しかった。
