It was only by leaving that he was able to notice the blessings of this land. The name is filled with his desire to continue working here. Aomori is surrounded by the sea on three sides: the Sea of Japan, the Tsugaru Strait, and the Pacific Ocean, and to the south are Hakkoda and the Shirakami Mountains. Fishing, livestock farming, and agriculture are all thriving, and the chef's secret pleasure is finding new ingredients on foot. He carefully selects fresh ingredients and always strives to create cooking methods that bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Lunch sets start from 1,000 yen, and dinner courses start from 3,000 yen. Please enjoy the dishes of the "joppari" chef.
