入口はわかりにくい。少し閉まりかけている車庫のシャッター。その中にさりげなくトビラがありました。入ってすぐの階段を登ると、清潔で広い空間。
居酒屋と呼んでいいのかわからないのですが、日本酒と手の込んだ美味しいお料理を楽しむお店。
日本酒は青森の地酒はもちろん、なんと北海道から九州まで各地の様々なお酒も置かれていました。
とはいえ、もちろん、青森のお酒から。食べ物は、まず、突き出しが美味い。揚げ物でしたが、脂っこくなく素材の味が活かされている。そして、注文した刺身も新鮮、その後は郷土料理も頼みつつ、定番メニューも押さえる。地酒はおかわり。
結局、飲み過ぎ、食べ過ぎちゃいました。それでも、また来ると思います〜
