2年ぶりに来店。
忘年会シーズンでしたが、奇跡的に予約が取れて友人と2人で行きました。
安定に着いたら満席。さすがはすやさん。
混雑のため提供が遅くなるとのことで事前に刺身盛り合わせを注文しており、その他に旬のたつ刺しや生牡蠣、海鮮サラダ、漬けヒラメなど食べたいものをひたすら注文しました。
どれも丁寧に調理されており、口の中は幸せでいっぱいに。
お酒も進み、話も盛り上がり後半は揚げ物までいただき大変満足させていただきました。
混雑していましたが、料理の提供が遅いわけでもなく接客も丁寧で心地よく過ごすことができました。
ぜひまた伺いたいと思います。
