青森旅行で訪問。事前に予約してましたが、当日満席で、予約なしの方はお断りされるくらい人気店。
数品の料理とと日本酒を堪能。
・椎茸の海老詰め揚げ
プリプリコンボ。素材本来の味に加え、衣のほのかな塩味で、食欲が爆裂する。
・はすや巻天むす
〆で注文しましたが、すごいボリューム。
天ぷらを崩さず、ややふんわりと包まれている。
味はもちろん最高。
地元民にも愛されている感じです。
一方で、弘前のホテルは素泊まりプランも多いので、弘前旅行の晩御飯にはぜひ。
