友人のリクエスト投稿に触発されて、当日予約ながら『八重さわ』さんにお邪魔しました。松花堂弁当ならぬ『海神弁当』の無茶振りに店主『八重澤正樹』氏の京都仕込みの丁寧な仕事ぶりの数々に心打たれました。弁当の中身は、『本鮪』、『鮃』、『槍烏賊』に海鞘の酢の物、『鰊と山菜』の炊き合わせや『海老の旨煮』に『出汁巻』、『生麩田楽』、揚げ物、『雲丹ごはん』。別出しに、『茶碗蒸し』と八戸の郷土料理『いちご煮』椀。口直しに水菓子で終了。食後感も良いし、至福なひとときでした。友人に感謝です。ごちそうさまでした。
