A popular restaurant in Miroku Yokocho, Hachinohe City. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy donko sashimi (Ezo Iso-Aname) as sashimi. The donko sashimi, which is made by mixing soy sauce with the liver, which can only be enjoyed if it is fresh, is exquisite. The rest is a bit disappointing. The contents of the three-item sashimi platter (1,500 yen) are salmon, seared octopus head sashimi (three thin slices), and red shrimp. Very disappointing. For a Hachinohe sashimi platter, I was looking for something with an Aomori feel, such as flying squid, mackerel, and raw scallops. Is it all over for Kai no Suki Umai, whose owner, who had raised Tabelog to such a high level, has quit and moved elsewhere? I'll say it again, this is Hachinohe. Let's review the contents of the three-item sashimi platter once again: salmon, thinly sliced seared octopus head, and red shrimp. Salmon is always included in the three-item sashimi platter at chain restaurants. Well, it can only be described as disappointing. Still, when you think of Hachinohe, the squid sashimi is of course the best! The atmosphere of the restaurant in Miroku Yokocho was great and made the drinks flow. Enjoying the conversation of the ladies who work there made the drinks flow even more. As this is a popular restaurant, we recommend making a reservation!
