1人で入るのは少し勇気が入りましたが、カウンターで楽しく食事&日本酒を堪能することができました。
せっかくの八戸なので、地元のサバをいただきたかったのですが、不漁で北海道産とのこと。
それでも鯖の3種盛りはシメサバ、醤油漬け、味噌漬けのどれも味わい深く美味！漬けは特にまったりとしたコクのある旨味に溢れていました。
名物の鯖の串焼きは皮目がパリッとしながら身はジューシーで最高でした。
店内には昔の鯖漁で使われた網を巻き取る機械も吊るされていました。
メニューの数は限られますが、鯖好きにはパラダイスです。
