鯖の棒寿司がおいしいと訪問しました。
ホテルの駐車場に車を停めて、ホテルに入ります。
ホテルの一階にある喫茶店？レストラン？です。
日替わり定食は６８０円で、銀鱈などお魚メニューが美味しそう。
店員さんが日替わりもおすすめだけど、シェフがサバの棒寿司にこだわっていて
虎鯖棒寿司の名付けて売り出しているようで、ラーメンと虎鯖棒寿司がセットになっている
のもオススメだとか。
なので注文したのは
・煮干しラーメンと虎鯖棒寿司 １０００円
毎週水曜日は虎鯖棒寿司の日のようで１０００円→６８０円になるようです。
煮干しラーメンは醤油ベースの煮干し系でスタンダードな味。
チャーシューは塩辛かったけどスープは美味しい。
麺も中細面でスープがからむ～！
虎鯖棒寿司は４切れ付いていて、脂が乗っていて無茶苦茶美味しい！！
ほんのり酢の風味と押しずしではなくてシャリもフワッとした食感。
鯖寿司では初めて食べる優しい味でした。
次回は水曜日に来なければ....。
