This is the Kappa Sushi lunch. The Shinkansen service has been suspended. Also, the ordering tablet is now removable, which is appreciated. Ordering with your arms raised is a bit tiring for people in their 40s. Also, the must-have whelk was out of stock, which is very disappointing.
Sushi lunch
It's been a while since I've been to a Conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and although it's not Hawaiian, I had garlic shrimp. The garlic was effective and it was delicious. I was tempted by the slogan "Horse manure sea urchin" and ordered a three-item platter. After that, I had my usual shellfish feast, and the Shishamokko gunkan is a must.

Last time I went to Conveyor belt sushi, it was Sushiro, so this time I went here for lunch. I guess I'm more of a Kappa Sushi fan ☺️ I don't know if it's the color scheme or the lighting in the restaurant, but the atmosphere feels good. The pickled ginger is delicious, and there are plenty of wet paper and small plates, so it's easy to eat.
