初・青森！
旅の目的は、奥入瀬渓流と「カーサ・デル・チーボ」です。
グルメな知人がこちらの常連さんで、評判を聞いており、伺ってみたいと思っておりました！
本八戸からタクシーで10分くらい。
住宅街の中にある一軒家のイタリアンで、「The Tabelog Award 2023 Bronze」受賞店です。
シェフの池見良平氏は、「エノテカ・ピンキオーリ」「ダノイ」など都内のイタリア料理店で経験を積んだ後、ソムリエールのマダムの地元である青森・八戸で自身のお店をオープンされたという経歴です。
ディナーコースは14,300円で、19時一斉スタートとなります。
カウンターの他、個室もあります。
今回はカウンターでシェフとマダムと色々お話も出来て、一人での訪問でしたがとても楽しかった。

お料理どれもとても手が込んでいて、すごく美味しかった！
青森の食材をたくさん頂けて嬉しい。
イタリアンでフカヒレを頂くのは初めてでしたが、カッソビーバソースと合う！
品数も多く、全てに異なるソースが使われ、味が薄い訳ではないのに、ペロリと食べられてしまった。
お出汁を丁寧に取られていて旨味がしっかりしているからというのと、構成も上手。
デザートはマダムによるものですが、これだけのお料理を池見シェフお一人で作り、このテンポで出せることにも驚愕。
仕込みも大変だろうなぁ。
これだけ頂いてコース14,300円というのも驚き。
また青森に伺う際は是非と再訪したい！
