【七輪村】でBBQをする為にお肉を物色。
海の幸も勿論良いけれど炭火っていったらやっぱり焼肉でしょ！
こちらの精肉店では青森県五戸町倉石地区で育まれた、みちのくの銘牛「倉石牛」を販売しています。他の和牛も青森県産の札がささっています。
店員のお兄さんの親しみのもてる接客も良かったです。山葵はサービスでつけてくれました。ありがとう！

倉石牛を口に入れた瞬間に
『まろやかな牛肉だなぁ〜！』って言ってしまいました。そして深みのある肉の旨味。脂もしつこくないので胃がもたれません。
きっとこの牛さんは素晴らしい環境でのびのびと育てあげられたのでしょう。
肉を頬張っていると私の目の前には広大な草原が出現し、そこで牛がの〜んびりと草を食んでいる風景が見えた気がした（妄想癖）
青森県産牛肉も美味しかったです。でも倉石牛の前では霞んじゃう。
倉石牛。これは美味しい牛肉ですね〜。こういう脂の牛ならば次はサーロインを食べてみよう。
あまり知られたくない美味しいブランド牛。
