八戸にある居酒屋。
雰囲気が良く日本酒そろえも良さそうなので立ち寄ってみた。
日本酒は1合とのことだが全体的に有名酒が多い。
若干高めなものが多いが伯楽星をオーダー
付け出しはヌタ
こちらがいい味を出していて酒のあてによい。
これは期待できる。
黒ムツの刺身
炙り刺しがすきなのだがこれはそのまま。
でも脂のりも良く、これも非常に美味しい。
間違いなくいい店だと確信する。
エビフライ
これは衣にカダイフを使っている。
この食感が面白く、さくさくと美味しく食べられる
最高である。
そして一番驚いたのが馬スジの煮込み。
ダシは非常にシンプルながら一見薄味に見えるのにしっかりした味付け。
そして馬スジがいい味を出している。
この料理は金沢の猩々のスジ煮のダシに非常に似ている気がする。
恐らく鰹節をケチらず、しっかりしたダシを取っているのだろう。
この時点で非常に気に入ったのだが、八戸の街を巡りたかったのでここで〆。
この店はまだできて2年らしい。（当時）
激戦地の八戸だがきっと名店として名を残すんじゃないかと思える店だった。
次は予約して再訪したい。
